Jennie Hunter lives and writes in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She received an arts grant from the Saskatchewan Arts Board in 2018 to complete a collection of short stories about women working in non-tradition roles. Many of the stories come from her own experiences work in the oil patch, consulting, and in the mining industry.
Currently, Jennie is working on a new literary novel with the support of the Saskatchewan Arts Board. She is also playing with some poetry, a few stories, and a whole bunch of other words that may or may not be anything yet.
